MyGravity is committed to safeguarding and respecting your privacy. We put you in control of your data. We only collect, use and share your data with your permission and as set out in this notice.

We allow you to define what data we collect about you and what we share with others. You can choose which third parties you would like us to release your data to, and for what purposes, in relation to each of the data sharing opportunities available on the MyGravity platform, by providing consent via the tools on our application and website.


You can use MyGravity through our website or by downloading our application onto your mobile phone or other device. When you register to create an account with MyGravity, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address and password.

You can put into MyGravity as much or as little of your personal data as you want, including information stored on your computer or device such as contact lists, login information, messages, photos, videos, content from 3rd parties, for example social networks like Facebook, or other content. In addition to information you can put into MyGravity, you can use our products and services to collect your personal information for you developing a richer collection of your information – for you. Regardless of how the information enters MyGravity, you will remain in control of how it is shared with or used by customers of MyGravity – for example stores that subscribe to our products and services.

In order for you to use and get the full benefit of the MyGravity platform, we may need to collect technical information about the computer or device you use, which may include any or all of the following: the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, your device’s IMEI number, the MAC address of the device’s wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the device), mobile network information, the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your login information, browser type and version, location details including time zone setting and GPS coordinates, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform. Like with all of your information, this will not be shared with or used by customers of MyGravity unless you allow us to.

In order for us to improve your experience of using the MyGravity platform and to improve our service offering, we may collect information about your use of our applications through your mobile phone or computing device, or your visits to our website, including traffic data, weblogs and other communication data, the resources you access, the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our websites (including date and time); page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, location and time details including GPS coordinates, and other information. MyGravity uses this information for internal product and service enhancements.


Where you have consented for us to do so, we will collect your personal data from third party companies such as retailers, social networks, advertisers and recruiters, as specified on the MyGravity platform. As always, you are in control of whether or not we collect the information and whether or not it is shared with our customers and in what detail.


We use cookies or other similar technology to help us to provide you with a good experience when you use the MyGravity platform and to allow us to improve our services. For detailed information on the cookies we use and the purposes for which we use them see our Cookie Policy.


We use your information for two primary purposes. First, to deliver the services you utilise via our app or our website. Secondly, we use your information to improve our current products and services and design new ones. At no time do we provide your information to any third party without your consent.

We may also use your personal data to:

  • let you know of any changes to our services, including updates, technical notices, alerts and support messages; and
  • provide customer service support.

We will not do anything else with your personal data held on the MyGravity platform without your consent. You control and share your data your way by simply using our app and website and setting your preferences. You will be prompted to set preferences from time to time such as when first using a service and you can always go into our ‘Preferences’ menu to set or adjust preferences at any time. Your choices will be immediately reflected in our systems.


As already stated above, you have control of your data and with whom it is shared. However, we may need share your personal data in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • to partners, suppliers and sub-contractors so that we can provide the services that you have asked us to provide;
  • for analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our services;
  • in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets (including all or part of the business or assets of MyGravity Ltd), in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; or
  • we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyGravity Ltd. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection.


When you register, you will be asked to choose a password which enables you to access all your personal data on the MyGravity platform. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential and we ask you not to share the password with anyone.

Your personal data may be stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this notice.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted over the internet to our services; any transmission is at your own risk.


You can change your privacy settings at any time by changing your preferences via our app or website or alternatively, you may deregister your MyGravity account or uninstall the MyGravity application from your device if you no longer wish for us to use your personal data in the way described in this notice. Please note, uninstalling the MyGravity app will not disable your account. To disable your account and delete (or download a copy of) your data you must utilise the features in the MyGravity application or website.
